Charming mid-century home on a huge lot that is close to everything. Watch the world go by from the front porch under a spectacular elm tree. The original home was 2 beds, 1 bath and approximately 1024 square feet. A previous owner, long ago, added an additional +/-300 feet of living area. The addition included a full bath. Permit status of the addition is unknown. The home features a large living room with beautiful oak flooring and a kitchen with stainless appliances (gas range) and gleaming wood cabinetry. The addition provides extra space for entertaining or home office. The rear yard is huge! A gardener's delight with several fruit trees and raised beds for veggies. A large paved side yard serves a dual purpose of RV/boat parking and a basketball court. The home is on the "secondary" portion of Camino Tass separated by a median from the main street. What a convenient location - .4 miles to award winning Vista Grande Elementary and less than a mile to the heart of downtown.

The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. The Iron Horse Regional Trail runs through Danville. It was first a railroad that has been converted to an 80-foot (24 m) wide corridor of bike and hike trails as well as controlled intersections. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
